Little Kings Holiday Park have 28 beautiful Holiday Home pitches that are "Owner Caravans" with the pitch rented from the park. Occasionally a Holiday Home will come up for sale.

 

Holiday Homes at Little Kings have a 15 year life from new and have an annual ground rent of approximately £5000. This gives the owners full access to the caravan for 10 months a year and use of 5 star site facilities for 8 months. Site Facilities include Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Welcoming Tavern, Shop & Bakery to name a few.

 

If you are interested in a holiday home at Little Kings you can contact the caravan owners direct for viewings etc and then on agreement, meet with the park to view the contract & conditions of sale. We will be happy to answer any questions.

 

There is a short waiting list for holiday homes but we will keep this BLOG updated with any homes for sale.

 

Holiday Homes at Little Kings Pembrokeshire cannot be rented out and are for the sole use of the owner & family.
