Holiday Homes

All our Holiday Homes are spacious and modern with a full inventory of good quality equipment. We are able to offer a variety of different Holiday Homes at different prices, which we hope will cater for a wide range of requirements. Whichever you choose you can be confident that it is in good condition, thoroughly cleaned and aired and enjoying an equally good position in the park.

Please note that our prices are fully inclusive of V.A.T, Gas, Electricity, use of the Heated Covered Swimming Pool and Games Room.

There are no hidden extras whatsoever. We supply bedding and linen but you will need to supply towels and tea towels. All Holiday Homes are equipped with TV, Microwave, Toaster, Crockery, Cutlery and Cooking Utensils. Kings Oak Deluxe models also have Video, DVD and Hi-Fi.

We do have cots/highchairs available for hire should you require them. Wheelchair ramps are available for most Holiday Homes.

We regret that pets are not allowed in the Holiday Homes and all bar two of the Holiday Homes are non-smoking.

The bar will be closed in low season if there is no custom.

Only 25% of rent is required as a deposit on booking. The balance to be paid at least 28 days prior to arrival. The deposit is non-refundable unless Cancellation Insurance is taken out at the time of booking.
