Little Kings Holiday Park have 28 beautiful Holiday Home pitches that are "Owner Caravans" with the pitch rented from the park. Occasionally a Holiday Home will come up for sale.
Holiday Homes at Little Kings have a 15 year life from new and have an annual ground rent of approximately £5000. This gives the owners full access to the caravan for 10 months a year and use of 5 star site facilities for 8 months. Site Facilities include Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Welcoming Tavern, Shop & Bakery to name a few.
If you are interested in a holiday home at Little Kings you can contact the caravan owners direct for viewings etc and then on agreement, meet with the park to view the contract & conditions of sale. We will be happy to answer any questions.
