Little Kings Holiday Park have 28 beautiful Holiday Home pitches that are "Owner Caravans" with the pitch rented from the park. Occasionally a Holiday Home will come up for sale.
Holiday Homes at Little Kings have a 15 year life and have an annual ground rent of approximately £5000. This gives the owners full access to the caravan for 10 months a year and use of site facilities for 8 months.
If you are interested in a holiday home at Little Kings you can contact the owners direct for viewings etc and then on agreement, meet with the park to view the contract & conditions of sale. We will be happy to answer any questions.
There is a short waiting list for holiday homes but we will keep this BLOG updated with any homes for sale.
