Holiday Homes

We are able to offer a variety of different Holiday Homes at different prices, which we hope will cater for a wide range of requirements.  All are equipped with Freeview, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, linen, pillows and duvets.  Towels and tea towels are not provided.

 

The Hornbeam is the smallest Holiday Home in our fleet, ideal for up to four people.  The lounge, shown here, provides adequate comfortable seating.   It has one double bedroom and one twin room.  No smoking is allowed.

  

 

The Rowan sleeps six in one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms.  The lounge has a sea view.  There is a combined shower / toilet.  The kitchen is adjacent to the lounge/diner.  We have three Rowans, one of which is smoking permitted.

  

 

The Maple sleeps six in one double and two twin rooms and has views over the central green.  There is a combined shower/toilet.   The galley kitchen is conveniently adjacent to the lounge / diner.  Smoking is not allowed.

 

 The five Kings Oaks all sleep six in one double and two twin bedrooms.  They all have sea views.  There are separate toilet and shower rooms and an intergral kitchen / lounge / diner.  One Kings Oak is smoking permitted.

 

 

 The three Kings Oak Deluxes are the most spacious of the Holiday Homes.  They all sleep six in one double and two twin bedrooms.  They have views of the central green.  They are equipped with a DVD player and HiFi.  There are separate toilet and shower rooms and an intergral kitchen / lounge / diner.  Smoking is not permitted. 

 

 

All Holiday Homes are pet free.  Cots and High Chairs are available for hire.  The central area is car free except for loading and unloading as the central green provides and ideal location for children to play.

 

Whichever you choose you can be confident that it is in good condition, thoroughly cleaned and aired and enjoying an equally good position in the park.

Prices include VAT at the ruling rate but do not include cancellation and curtailment cover.
